Routes incoming calls to a specific group of agents. Before connecting to an agent, callers are placed inside a queue, allowing agents to deal with incoming calls without losing other callers to busy signals or unanswered phones

Ring Groups

Set of extension numbers that are embedded inside a single virtual extension. Incoming calls are rotated through the pool of extensions until someone answers and the caller is connected

Service Flags

Service flags give companies flexible methods for handling callers who call after normal business hours: Night service, Voicemail, recording of important information.

Custom Dev

Small scoped projects are included with your account! You now have a developer at your side. We can integrate our phone system with any API exposing software out there.

Teams Integration
